There is a Three Tier System of distribution of Inputs i.e. The Apex Federation, Wholesale Marketing Societies and PACS. Distribution of inputs is ensured through cooperative net work of Cooperative Marketing Societies and Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS).
